From now on (unless arranged otherwise).
Wednesday rides will leave the from :
arts tower promptly at 13:30 .
and
The entrance to the parks at 13:45 .
I have decided to do this as its always dark when we get back. If you cant make a ride because of stupid lecture times i.e you finish slightly too late and wont be able to make it until two let me know and Il wait for you.(phone number at bottom)
I would recommend from now on as well as usual riding kit you bring AT LEAST a rear light and a front one if you've got one. The reason for this is coming back in the semi dark is dangerous as it is and we really don't want any nasty accidents down ecansal road.
Sunday rides
One will leave from the arts tower at 09:00am yes 09:00am .
This means it is possible to get the train out to edale at 09:30 (£3.60). Or just have a normal ride before it gets dark. This ride will generally be longer but i have no doubt that everyone in the club who rides occasionally will be ok.
Another ride will leave the arts tower at 11:00am and will generally be shorter and a slightly slower pace.
The Sunday situation is likely to change and this is just a trial, please post up on here what you intend to do each week if you can just to let us get an idea of numbers. There is no point doing a 9am ride if no turns up.
