im going to do a short ish ride tomorrow moring from the arts tower if anyone want to come along il be there at 10:15

will most likely be

parks
stanage (salt path)
bamford
up the and over to A57 (hardish climb but il be pushing some of it )
possibility of stopping for a carvery (£6.50) in crosspoole

cant ride (still, but getting back on the turbo trainer very slowly).

Just been offered an AMP like your old one, whats it worth?

p.s. for a less scary way into bamford that at least gives your brakes the occasional rest, instead of turning right to go over the hill after stanage carry straight on and head for the golf course comes out at the hope end of bamford.
