I'll be doing the Rat Run Enduro at Blackmill in South Wales on Sunday. Yay!
It'll probably rain and be very boggy.

Driving out sounds good, skip all the local stuff, i'll be up for that. Know any good routes over Jacobs Ladder? I've never done it. Or wherever. Cavedale? Nothing overly epic, i need to do some work too.

park in edale, go over jacobs ladder, down into hayfield, back past mount famine and then along rushup edge and down from hollins cross into edale is a nice route. should take 3 or 4 hours. the only problem is the new bridleway between mount famine and the start of rushup edge - it can be a bit of a muddy slog.
If you feel like making it a longer route, then you can start in hope and go along ther side/ridge of win hill into edal, and then turn right at hollins cross rather than left on the way back in.
Have fun!
