hahaha we could try a couple of places, Ed seemed very keen about Little Betty's Tea Rooms on the phone, so should go there minimum and then yeah Andy, you could hunt somewhere else too if you see fit

Bettys is super nice but be warned they are quite expensive - i think i paid £8 for a sandwich in the one in Harrogate .

How was the ride?? Spotted Jerome near the IC at about 3:30 so must have made decent time! Weather seemed nice too, gutted I had to miss out!

haha cheers Nathan, it was brilliant! Very hard work though! Stats are as follows... Sheffield > York > Sheffield. Distance 142.27 miles. Started at 4:11am arrived in York at 8:10am. Riding time total 8h2m, stopped in York for a couple of hours. Average speed was 19.3 mph for the first 70 miles then 18.3 for the next 50 and then just under 18 on the way back in as the wind slapped us about…champions! Fastest speed 36.18 mph, 2334ft of climbing. 5804 calories burnt! Massively strong headwind and rain the whole way home hurt! Fell asleep straight away at home, followed by A.Y.C.E. Chinese.
