If you are planning to do cyclo cross, you will need to get your entries in now. It requires authorization by Andy Cox or Ella white, but you might be able to get this done after you submit the entry, as theyre on holiday.
thanks,
Michael
P.S the club will cover the 13GBP entry fee.

Helen, it looks like you've missed it. the deadline was on 2nd Jan. to quote the entry form... so you can race, but it unfortunately looks like it won't count for BUCS. edd

Helen,
Best bet is to phone them up, and explain whats happened. Maybe someone might know you. As to getting University membership approval, If you are in Sheffield, go to the sports office (by the source) and get Andy CoX or Ella White to sign the form to proove you are a university member).
As they have so few female entries, hopefully you can wangle it. I think 4weeks advanced entry was a bit of unfair.
I will be getting the train there on Sunday morning.
Whats the course like? Flat?
Mike

Hi I phoned up the orgainiser, he knows me! He is gonna email the BUCS lady for me and get back to me. What form do i need to get signed? and i have no clue where the sports office is! The course is fair flat, altho the field is slightly sloped so its tiring, there are a couple of steep banks, some of which are ridable and one, up to the railway if definately not ridable, but you can ride back down it! Its one of my favourite courses, as i used to ride the west mids league. If i get an entry im gonna drive down, my parents are bringing my bikes. Only problem is im not particulary fit atm! but it'll be a laugh! If i dont get an entry i probably wont ride as i have an exam the next day. who else is going?

Sports office is straight ahead of you when you enter the source. You walk past the front desk and theres a row of offices on the back wall. If you can't find it just ask someone in the source.
