Duathlon?

im thinking of doing carsington (road, 5th oct) and/or sherwood forest (off road biking, 19th oct) duathlons.

I haven t done one before, and im not fit at all, but does anyone else fancy it? duathlon is run-bike-run, thought i should mention,.

Ive entered the carsington race, last entry is on 28th. Might see how it goes before thinking about next race. It cost a lot tho, £28! bit much, but ive been thinking abut doing one for ages so im just doing it! www.punishingevents.com/races___carsington_duathlon.htm
