Race 17th 18th May

Two races which I am thinking of doing on the 17th and 18th of may, both at kielder.

On the 17th is the border raid, a 50km enduro, using lots of the new trails at keilder forest. www.thebikeplace.co.uk/index.php?option=static&page_id=2501&pname=Events

On the 18th, the avalanche trophy, also at keilder, which is a downhil race, where you have to ride uphill between downhill sections, and perfectly do able on an xc bike. saabsalomonavalanchetrophy.com/uk/events/kielder-register.html


Just a bit of advance notice.... there is a trailquest on the evening of 6th June at Eyam. This is a 2 hour event 7pm-9pm (no lights needed) and would be awesome for some of the club to do. (plus I need some transport there if anyone would like to take me!!)

Yeah do kielder its great fun! I can't this time like, Im in leeds but i recommend it

Im definitely up for the avalanche race man, i think jolly is too. You sorted transport yet cause could go in his van and get a car full, if more people sign up. Id be up for going up on the sat if you wanna race on sat and we can go ride the trails while you race and then on sunday all go racing.
