Evenin all,
Have been having a look at hill climbs for the autumn before the BUSA's and have found that Birdwell Wheelers run a h/c up Curbar on the 6th Oct. Would be good practice if anyone else wants a go!! I'm going to try and do a fair few over October, namely
sat 6th Curbar Sun 7th Thurcroft CC Stocksbridge Sat 13th Holme Valley Sat 20 Chesterfield Sun 21st Chesterfield. BUSA is 28th Oct I think.
Thats the dates, if anyone wants to enter - info, let me know!!! See you all soon A

Hey guys, The information for the BUSA hillclimb is on the BUSA site www.busacycling.biz/?section=hillclimbFor anyone who doesn't know about this event, it takes place on the 27th October at Curbar Gap which is very near sheffield. It would be great to get as many people as possible entering this event as we won both the individual and team prize last year. It is not exclusive to Roadies and any type of bike can be riden (excluding a unicycle). If you don't fancy riding then any support out on the climb would be great. Enties close by the 24th Oct and you need to fill in the standard CTT entry form. cheers guys

Hi, nope I've never heard of a limit for University Entry's. AS long as you get the entry done and in on time there wont be any problem at all! Yep will be riding this wednesday, 2pm outside the Arts Tower. Just turn up and come along, be good to see more people

Just a reminder for everyone to get their BUSA hillclimb entries in ASAP as there may be delays due to the postal strikes.

I'm thinking about doing the BUSA hill climb, and wondering if there might be some organised group riding out there from Sheffield?

yep, no problem. i won't be out riding today, but the best thing is probably to leave it in the source (in the club pigeon hole if it will fit? or with Andy Cox) and i'll pick it up, unless you live near netherthorpe?
