We have confirmed accomodation at Aberhafesp Community Centre, this is 3.1miles from Caersws (5mins drive) and is a village hall, so if everyone can bring a sleep mat and sleeping bag, it will be the same deal as the Buck, but the Buck has closed down so we cant go there.
The cost of uplift, transport and accomodation will be £60.
Please bring a packed lunch for both days sunday breakfast, and on the saturday night we will either go to a Pub (The Unicorn in Caersws) or get fish and chips, this is a democracy so decide amongst yourselves...
If you could give the money to any committee member, this will 100% secure your place.
If anyone wants to come on the trip, but hasn't put their name down, then write on the forum ASAP, we are running out of time to book more places, we have booked 13 + Dale, we should be able to book more if we know by Monday, but need to know, not many freshers signed up, don't be scared!

Good news people! We have negotiated new accomodation, Bettws Cedewain Village Hall, benefits include: - Cheaper (be about £5/head)
- Heating
- Toilets
- Showers
- Parking
- Pub (20metres across the road, getting a menu)
This brings the cost down to £55, Im trying to hit that magical £50, Ill do my best. And Jolley, when will you find out? Also, who else has booked on on their own?

If people could email Ruari their UCard no, be really helpful as we have to fill out a trip form. His email is mta08rh@sheffield.ac.uk
Also on todays ride, with 71% of the trips attendees, the consensus seemed to be leave on friday evening. If we can rearrange this would everyone be able to come on friday? Would mean a slight increase in cost for accommodation, but no early morning on saturday.

Well, f**k. Sorry lads, but I think I'm going to have to pull out. A quick financial reassessment has shown that it's either the Wales trip or food for the next 2 weeks, and while the thought of a diet's appealing, it's probably not the best idea. If anyone wants my place, feel free to take it.

Need to get money and Ucard reg. numbers from everyone before we leave. I'll be in the source on thursday from about 1.10-2.10. Let me know on here if you're going to be there, you'll need to bring £55. If not we can try and arrange another time. Hookso, can you email me your next of kin's name and contact number and your contact number and address. My email address is mta08rh@sheffield.ac.uk
It's going to be wicked!!
